Grab a partner and work through the following:
10-20 reps each for 7-9 minutes:
Side Throw L/R
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete with a partner for total rounds and repetitions.
AMRAP 10 Minutes of:
20 Med Ball Ground to Overhead
20 Goblet Squat
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Granny Toss
Rest 2 Minutes between rounds. Pick up where previous round left off.
