ReBoot is a one of a kind beginner friendly high-intensity interval training program designed with you in mind. CrossFit

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. What that means is, despite your athletic ability, age, gender, competency, or fitness level, we focus on improving you safely and effectively in all areas of fitness. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

 

Nutrition Wellness

With two former professional fitness athletes, regionals athlete, a registered dietitian, and nutritionists on staff, CFT is set apart in its ability to prescribe not only the external components of improving ourselves like training, working out, etc, but also the internal components of ensuring our bodies are fueled correctly and primed for health.This comes with the understanding that everyone has their own goals as well, like weight loss, muscle gain, general health, gaining physical competency, and even competing at the highest level. Whatever your goal, we have a coach and program to design toward your needs. Physical training is very important, but the internal mechanics of what comprises health are all too often overlooked or undervalued. We will partner with you and provide a game plan so that you can achieve your goals the RIGHT way. Through decades of experience, we are ready to get you set on a path to success that will have you pursuing and accomplishing life-long health.

 

Personal Training

In a 1 on 1 setting we are able to create individual goals and customize programming based on the athletes needs. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes of personal attention and training. Our coaches are ready to help you take your next step into your fitness journey and crush those goals!

Remote/Online

Remote Coaching offered to individuals or groups. Individuals will meet with a coach to assess their goals and the workout prescription needed to reach those. The athlete can work with a coach of their choice 1 on 1, with goal specific programming just for them, constantly helping them move forward and there for them. Individuals will have access to a tracking app for their workouts, notes for the coach and Zoom Meetings when scheduled. There will also be Demo Videos available everyday. Interested in your gym having access to our programming? We can set them up with Remote Group Programming that gives the gym full access to our daily programming consisting of metcons, strength, accessory work and more.
