Side Lunges

Hip Openers

Ankle Rolls

Half Squats

Full Squats

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete with a partner for total rounds and repetitions.

AMRAP 20 Minutes of:

20 Burpees

30 Kettlebell Swings

40 Jumping Jacks

50 Air Squats

E2MOM, one partner completes 10 Sit-ups
