Grab a partner and work through the following:

10-20 reps each for 7-9 minutes:

Alternating Wallball

Chest Pass

Tricep Toss

Granny Toss

Side Throw L/R

Partner Situps

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete with a partner for total rounds and repetitions.

2 Rounds

AMRAP 10 Minutes of:

30 Box Step-ups

15 Calorie Row

30 Medicine Ball Granny Tosses

15 Burpees

30 Partner Sit-ups

Rest 2 Minutes between rounds. Pick up where the previous round left off
