Clean and Jerk (4×2 @ 65-75% 1RM)

Complete 4 sets of 2 building up to 65-75% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Clean (4×2 @ 80-85% 1RM CJ)

Complete 4 sets of 2 working between 80-85% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Front Squat (3×3 @ 85-95% 1RM CJ)

Complete 3 sets of 3 working at 85-95% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Push Jerk (4×1 @ 80-90% 1RM CJ)

Complete 4 sets of 1 working between 80-90% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Split Jerk (4×1 @80-90% 1RM CJ)

Complete 4 sets of 1 working between 80-90% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Warm-up (No Measure)

Complete pigeon stretch for 3 minutes per side (both sides
