Barbell Warm-Up (No Measure)

With quality and intention in mind:

With an empty barbell, work through two to three cycles, 7-9 reps of:

Good Mornings

Back Squats

Strict/Push Press

Hang Highpull

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

Hang Clean

Front Squats

WOD specific dynamic mob, Shoulder/Legs/Hips prep

Tall Clean (3 sets of 3 at 65% of 1RM Clean and Jerk )

Working on speed underneath the barbell and fast elbows. From triple extension, we are falling underneath the barbell. Use squat clean as needed.
