Learn & review for workout:

Proper kettlebell form:

– Kettlebell deadlift

– Hang high pull

– Russian KBS


Plank holds

– Neutral spine

– High Plank only!

– Tight through core

Wall sit

– Femurs parallel to floor

– Back upright

Hollow hold & scales

– Back against ground

– Looking at toes


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete for total rounds and repetitions.

3 Rounds

AMRAP 7 Minutes of:

14 Kettlebell Swings

:30 Plank Hold

14 Plyo Squats

:30 Wall Sit

14 Burpees

:30 Hollow Hold

Rest 1 Minute between rounds. Pick up each round where the previous left off.
