What can I expect?

Commit to ReBoot and embark on a transformative journey filled with positivity and real-world strength. Our workouts integrate a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sandbags, and exercises using your own bodyweight. This diverse approach caters to all aspects of your fitness, challenging your body and mind in unique ways.

Each workout session is carefully structured to incorporate targeted strength training with dumbbells and kettlebells, high-intensity workouts using plyo boxes, functional fitness movements with sandbags, jump ropes and heart-pumping cardio routines.

ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN

Arrive before the hour and check yourself in at our front kiosk. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts.

Meet your professional CFT Coach and listen to them throughout the rest of the class as they break down the workout specific warm-up, the strength, and the conditioning.

CLASS BREAKDOWN


[A.] WARM-UP

Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically to prepare your body for that day’s workout. No cookie cutter warm-ups. Your workout is specifically tailored to maximize your performance for the day.

[B.] CONDITIONING

Amplify your workout effectiveness with targeted conditioning that will accelerate your progress, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and leave you feeling energized and accomplished. Building your overall fitness while also preparing you for the Metcon.

[C.] METCON

Sweat it out during a metabolic conditioning workout to help you burn fat and feel great. You will be among other motivated individuals who will support you along the way. Your coach and fellow athletes support you in your success and efforts..

HIGH FIVES + DEBRIEF!

We have 5-10 minutes set aside between all class times to give you time to share high fives athletes and talk to your professional coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!
